Meaning people are already used to hearing it and find it less distracting than something less common. 3) It’s Taz’s natural way of speaking. Asking someone to put on an accent extremely different from their own for an entire television series when it isn’t absolutely vital to the character is just asking for trouble for no real reason. Even tremendous actors fumble with nailing accents, so why invite trouble? It’d be different if it were, say, Idris Elba playing Stringer Bell on The Wire, where the entire character falls apart if he doesn’t use a Baltimore accent. 4) there are so many super famous French restaurants in Britain, and British chefs the general public associates with those dishes, that it still pretty much works with his move names anyway. 5) Taz using his natural South London accent could allow them to pull off an awesome detail by having his flashback self speaking with a Royal accent, subtly showing Sanji trying to distance himself from his true background. 6) idk lol
