I am learning scrum, read a book of SBOK guide by ScrumStudy and going through practice tests for CSM. I will go for CSM and PSM this month. I am also talking to one software company to give me opportunity for real time project in Scrum. What else should I do to horn my skills in Scrum like Rashmi
Every video in this channel related to Scrum Master profile should be watched a couple of times..everything has been covered by Sir, apart from that there are books Sunand Sir recommends.
Nice examples but just feel that she could cut short the answers by not repeating things and being in scrum I feel why did she give this example that when a team member is feeling discouraged because of her manager, is she not confusing people because in scrum practice why would the team member have a problem from a manager? That's not how scrum works, and in other example where team member is lagging behind were these many points necessary? My thinking is how can this go missing for a lo g time because already sprints are small and scrum works on transparency and the events are in place for a reason why would it go missing with the daily scrums in place? In another question of new team member she said whom the team member will be reporting to? Is she really practising scrum?
I appreciate your feedback on the examples. It's important to clarify that while Scrum emphasizes self-organizing teams, conflicts with managers can still arise, and it's essential to address them constructively to maintain team productivity and morale. The example was included to highlight the importance of resolving such issues within the Scrum framework, rather than avoiding them altogether. Also , it's upto individuals to add/modify/or have entirely different answer. This session is for reference what works for me may not work for you. I will be glad if you also share the answer, so we both learn from each other.
