Just did the winter camp, the drinking was a real problem for making those morning classes. Even more so from someone who had essentially quit drinking the past year. Thankfully met Christian and some of the crew in Munich for new years before the camp. Williams advice to get an electrolyte supplement before I went to the camp really saved my ass.
