USA Goalie Drill and Man down Defense 2v3 Women Laxcon 2020 

This is a video I filmed at LAXCON 2020 during one of their Live Demos (Which are awesome for coaches and players). Here Coach Xeni Barakos-Yoder from East Stroudsburg University shows the USA Goalie Drill.
Goalie and offense Start Facing Away.
Goalie is forced to come out and make a play on a ground ball.
Goalie Clears to the defense on the wings, who then pass to the offense, simulating a turnover with the goalie out of the cage.
