This video is targeted to help on how to apply for FBI PCC from outside of the USA, through an online application. Online USA PCC application is the fastest wat to get PCC. It takes about 5 working days from the day or your application( fingerprint card) is received by the FBI and until your actual report PCC report is generated.
Steps To Apply For Online FBI PCC for the USA from any other country.
1) Go to www.edo.cjis.gov.
2) Enter the email address to receive a ping and personal link.
3) Open the email and click on the personal link and enter the pin provided in the email
4) Enter the detailed information as provided in the video.
5) Make the payment to receive a confirmation email.
6) Get the fingerprinting done.
7) Take the printout of the confirmation email from step 5 and fingerprinting card and send it to the address given in the email.
8) Track the package
9) Wait for confirmation from FBI that your application is processed
10) Login and download your PCC after confirmation in step 9.

I know I am answering it quite late. But the validity of this PCC is 1 year. So if you are sure to get your ITA within a year then you can do it.

Thanks for the detailed step by step instructions. Using which service(Canada Post, UPS etc) did you send your finger print card from Canada to US FBI address? Also my name in passport and SSN is different. So should I fill the name in the application form as per the passport or as per SSN?

I used fedex. Anish your name situaltion is tricky i would say fill in as per passport because i think the fingerprint card says it shud be as per passport ..i remember the agent who took my fingerprint asked me for passport as he wanted to be sure that he mention my name correctly and that was my prooof of name.

you can fast track it by sending it through fasted possible way. make sure you dont need sign from reciever as there will be no one to sign it.

I went to a private investigating agency. most of them are closed. but you can easily find some of them open by searching google "fingerprinting near me". They charged 70$ (cad). It might differ for you as per agency and per current situation

@@passthehelp7028 i actually got it sorted out, if youre in the US you can just go to USPS get your fingers scanned digitally and they will automatically send it to the FBI. this makes everything faster, i got my response from the FBI quickly enough after the scan

Hello @samratnepal no it is generally quick wont take more than 10 to 15 days. The only way you can expedite is by sending it through a fast courier. Since i was in canada i chose fedex overnight shipping. It took me about 12 business days to get the fbi clearance certificate

I work in cruise line. So I need to travel different countries for 6-7 months. I have US C1-d ( crew ) Visa. Though I don't live in any country I stay inside the ship. In that case police clearance certificate is required from any countries? When applying from outside US, say from India, will FBI mail the hardcopy back ? There is no instructions about sending them a self-addressed envelope.

Hello, I'm Venezuelan citizen and I currently live in Jordan. I studied in the US from 2012 to 2014 and apparently I need a police certificate from there because I'm applying for PR in Canada. Can you please further clarify the fingerprints card point? So once I go to an agency and get my fingerprints, do I also have to go and certify it elsewhere such as the ministry of interior and ministry of exterior? Sally i dont think u need to do anything. if they have a fd 258 form they can directly get your fingerprint on the card and u can fill in rest of fields on that form to send it to fbi.

@@priyapcanada4658 why get into that hassle. [ personal opinion: I don't think it's easy to fingerprint your self there is a specific way in which fingerprint is needed ] . The agency took 70$ but the machine they used was beeping on successfully scans which gave a little peace of mind to me that everything was alright. The fingerprint form that I submitted dint had the ORI number on it
