I'm from Oregon but I've always loved our neighbors to the north! Washington's state song is so beautiful.

I have lived in this state for 12 years but I’ve never heard the anthem, also Eastside rules!

Or better, have Roll On Columbia as our anthem. They once tried to make that our anthem but the state legislature refused for some reason

The first stanza was erroneous anyway. "Small towns and cities rest here in the sun" Bahahaha, yeah, for like one week a year.

The first stanza starts with "This is my country; God gave it to me." The state government is dominated by liberals who hate God and religion and want to eliminate all trace of it, so omitting the first part is to be expected.

You won't see one for Maryland My Maryland. I'm from there and very familiar with the verse "she spurns the northern scum" LOL
