Is Travis AFB spotter friendly? Because I plan to plane spot during the summer to catch some c-5s and KC-10s

Yes. As long as you’re away from the fence.

Yes it is. Just pay attention to all posted signs and don't get near the fences.

Interesting that the 747,Kc-10,Kc-46 and the C-5M all use the CF-6 engine.
