USAF Master Military Training Instructor "Blue Rope" Ceremony 

I’m so glad to see you got your blue rope. My dorm flight 191/326th was one of your test flights and I was in the group you did your lesson for eval with. After we finished testing we all wondered all the way through tech school if you’d gotten it. Now being at my first base and looking back it’s nice to see and know that you did wind up getting your rope and knowing that we helped you. I’ll never forget you saying to us that “one day I could be your boss, you’re helping me, I’ll be able to help you out too with maybe a day off or something”. Congrats TSgt. Santos.

I got approved for MTI duty back in March after the fall DSD cycle. I pretty much have used your videos to at least know what to prepare for. Thanks for everything you have provided future MTIs and trainees.
