Additional tip: measure in grams/ml not in cups. Mas accurate, mas madali computation, mas standedized.

This is a year ago. My own experience is that most customers dito sa bundok ay pinakamura ang mabenta but they wanted quality products. But they frequented bakeshop with names already. I really have to stop because of this. Heading nlang sa ibang bansa. Thanks sa paneling fondant mo very useful technique boss. Stay safe😂

Nice start for practicing but I suggest timbang timbang tlga ano equivalent ng 1 cup na harina. Minsan 118grams or minsan 128grams eh yon standard pla is 125grams. Then syempre dahil iba2x yon dami ng harina at other ingredients so pwede din maging iba iba yon resulta ng produkto lets say moist cake...minsan masarap at malambot minsan matigas. So the best is bili tlga ng weighing scale para matimbang lahat. Note: ilista agad sa notebook kasama na yon ilang kilo na binili mo at magkano. Para mag dinivide mo ready na lahat ng details.

Im not a baker pero napadaan ako sa channel mo I dont know why maybe God has a purpose. True po! Marami akong nakikitang ganyan sa FB nakakagulat ang price nila lalo na yung meron nag post 120ph benta nya ng cake in cup drink nagulat ako kasi yung ibang mga nag share sa post niya mas maganda Ang presentation at mukhang di tinipid pero less 100ph lang bentahan nila 60ph, 80ph. Inamin naman niya na nakigaya sya ng price sa ibang nag popost. Sana lamang kapag papasok ng negosyo marunong silang mag costing hindi yung gayagaya lamang 😔

Ako per grams po ang gamit ko sa pag costing? Thru google, ex: 1 cup of cake flour in grams is 115, tsaka ko idivide sa presyo per kilo. Anyway thank you sir. May nakuha kong tip sa inyo.

Chef Na experience ko yung last mo na point. Yung recipe ko iniwan ko sa hipag ko kasi may regular na akong binabagsakan ng cuocakes, ang ginawa nya pinalitan nya ng mas mura na sacrifice nga yung quality. Pag balik ko binisita ko yung pinagbabagsakan ko. Sabi nya nag bago ang lasa di na daw sya ulit kumuha mula noong yung hipag ko na nag bake.

Pwede din po Kung may available weighing scale, price of raw material/ weight or qty of raw material x kung ilang grams ang nagamit. Example. 1kg APF (1000g) = 60.00 The recipe calls 250g of APF(kunwari nasa 250g ang isang cup) 60 -price of raw material /1000-qty of raw material (kg converted to g) =0.06 x 250-qty needed for a recipe =15.00 250g of APF is 15.00 hehe sana po.makatulong. Mas madali din po kapag may digital weighing scale. ☺️

Dipende kasi sa ingredients na ginagamit..syempre kapag mahal ang ingredients and good quality of ingredients ang ginamit..mahal tlga ang magiging selling price mo..pero nasa sayo parin kung i x3 mo or x2 mo yung total cost..ikaw parin magdecide dun 😉😉

60 pesos ÷ 1000grams flour = .06 cents / grams 3/4 cups of flour is equal to 90 grams. 90gm x .06 = 5 pesos Ayan, malilito sila s daliri eh 😅

paramg standard sya pag costing sa food business para yung kumita mo is x2. so halimbawa.. 300 yung cost mo sa ingredients.. x3=900. so 900-300=600. ung kita mo is 600
