[USB Audio Bluetooth Adapters]
These are specifically engineered for better audio quality, but they're for audio only. They cannot be used to connect Bluetooth mouse, keyboard or controllers. If you're only looking to connect Bluetooth Headphones or Speakers, these are the ones you want.
They're very simple to use, no need to install any driver/software onto your PC.
They often come with the ability of connecting two headphones to PC at the same time, and they often are aptX Low Latency compatible.

By their name, they're basically an external Bluetooth drive for your PC. These most likely only work with Windows, and they'll almost always require some sort of driver/software installation.
These can be used for Data transmission (i.e. mobile device), and they CAN be used to connect Bluetooth keyboards, mouse and gaming controllers.
They can still be used to connect audio devices... but the audio quality likely won't be as good as that of audio adapter.

4.2 refers to Bluetooth 4.2, a version of the Bluetooth wireless technology. You are right about it being a minimum: larger numbers such as Bluetooth 5.0 or 5.2 will work. Our transmitters are mostly Bluetooth 5.0 and are all OK in this regard. You can get one of our USB dongles to work with your PC, but they won't work with your TV. Learned to drive in a 1952 Chev pickup standard transmission, no power steering or power anything. Its been a long struggle but Im still trying.

Hey, I'm planning on getting a DG45. Just a couple questions before I purchase it: 1) Does it work on Windows 11? On the webpage it says it does. 2) Since it uses 5.0 Bluetooth, it basically works on anything which is less than or equal to a 5.0 Bluetooth device, right? 3) Does the usb have to always be in your PC in order for it to work? 4) How many devices can it connect to at the same time? 5) Will my audio devices have stereo quality (Different on the left and right side)?

1 - Our customers have reported that it does. 2 - Yes, and it's also compatible with 5.1 and 5.2 3 - Yes 4 - Two devices at once 5 - This also depends on your audio source and your audio device. But if all supports Stereo, then yes it will be stereo quality.

Great video! I have a full-style Bluetooth adapter already that works with controllers, audio, etc. But I want to make use of the benefits from an audio BT adapter. (namely aptX LL) Will I be able to run both adapters simultaneously on a desktop PC? Will it cause any kind of interference?

Yes, there will be some interference. Most likely, your operating range will be shortened. Unless you plan to use your devices at long range, this shouldn't be too much of an issue. Also, avoid connecting the same Bluetooh device to both dongles, as this may cause some problems.

@@Avantree Thank you so much! That shouldn't be a problem for me then. One other question, I understand the DG80 will attempt to automatically switch to "Talk mode" if it can detect you're in a call. Is it possible to disable this feature altogether? Would it be as simple as disabling the dongle in Windows "Recording Devices" menu?

I fid BT drivers to be VERY difficult or impossible to load on my Windows 10 computer. The one I have is a BT 4.0 that works poorly for range and cuts out and stutters.

You could uninstalling your BT driver and then reinstalling it. I find this to help with devices such as Bluetooth mice. Another thing you can try is to factory reset your Bluetooth device.

Because i have right now adapter for my ps4 controler and parry with earphones, but sound quality is poor , only have 16 bit and 44hkz then this earphones supported ldac and way more powerful than 16 bit CD quality not even DVD.

@@AvantreeI checked out there is no information about other codecs rather than aptx, my earphones support only sbc, aac, and ldac, will it works for my ? Because i need 24 bit high bitrated audio settings, not like how it works now, without changing in 16 bit with aac by default . So in other words they can do but it will be aac by default most likely if mines has only ldac and aac High definition volume, there for on Windows native is aac and sbc only like i was hearing ,Ldac don't support nowadays correct still in 2023 as far as i know ,so the question still remains . If it works with mine's like you've said in answer , but what the quality of the sound will be not "good" In aac mod like i was expecting to be as a aptx in theory that i doesn't have, just don't want to false about buying, when you byu and nothing is changing 😅 . What your suggestions please?

@@TypeofMadness Just to be clear I'm not 100% sure if it will work. We haven't tested the dongle with Realme Buds Air 5 Pro. If I were to guess, I would say that you would not get 24 bit high bitrated audio settings, because the dongle would go to AAC or SBC.

No, it does not. If you are trying to connect 3 connections to a single dongle, we do not have a dongle that does that. The max number of connections to a single dongle is two. Alternatively, you can use 2 dongles, with 2 devices connected to one dongle, and 1 connected to the other (total 3 connections).

Since I'm an old man, my hearing isn't what it used to be. I watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., while blaring the sound throughout my house. I'm too far away from my computer and tv to use headphones and besides I don't like them anyway. My computer system doesn't have built in Bluetooth, however, I use a dongle for my keyboard and mouse. I'm thinking... how about a Bluetooth speaker sitting next to me, but from what I read, not just any dongle will work. Also, I haven't found a wireless speaker that comes with its own dongle like my keyboard did so if I buy an off the shelf dongle and an off the shelf speaker.... I might be throwing some of my social security away. Any suggestions?

It depends on your headset more than the adapter. If the headset does not support the FastStream codec, it's virtually impossible to get good audio and mic quality at the same time. OR it has to support 2.4ghz wireless. There is a small drop in audio quality and especially a drop in audio latency (lag) when you use a full bluetooth dongle. The plus side is that it works better for chats where you need to use your headphones microphone, and the dongle can also be used with other bluetooth devices such as mice, keyboards, controllers, etc.

Hey Neil. It depends on which dongle you have. For example, for the DG80, press and hold the Multi Function Button until the LED starts flashing Blue. Then, enter your headphones into pairing mode, and the two should connect.

When you experience latency, often times it's because of the headphones. In your case, the Sony WH XB910N only supports low latency with Sony and Apple products. It's a limitation with the headphones' supported audio codecs. As a result, if you're using these with your PC, our adapter won't be able to decrease the latency. Sorry about that.

Any of the adapters mentioned in this video SHOULD work. They will work if your truck's USB port can output audio. If you own a pair of USB headphones, you can test the USB port by plugging them into the port, then play music on your truck's radio/stereo and see if you can hear.

All of them will work with AirPods. We personally recommend either the Avantalk DG80 or C81. Keep in mind that AirPods will prioritize connecting to Apple devices. That means if you're trying to use with a Bluetooth adapter, you need to turn Bluetooth off on your Apple devices first.

Hi there! Unfortunately, it seems like what you would need is a receiver to get the stereo to pull Bluetooth audio from your phone. All of our current USB adapters are transmitters. We do have the Roadtrip that is on preorder; it is a Bluetooth car speakerphone with an FM transmitter for car stereo. In other words, your phone would be able to send a wireless signal to the device, which would send the sound to your car stereo via FM channel. First, check to see if your Car's USB port can output audio. Some USB ports are only for charging/power and can't output audio. You can check with your Car manufacturer, or you can try pluggging in a pair of USB headphones to the port and see if they play music.
