Hi @jakef9445 The DOT 5 panel drug tests use federally-approved laboratories to process the samples. You also want to make sure you always ask for a USCG DOT 5 panel test. Many companies will provide you with the USCG CG-719P form if they know you are doing it for USCG licensing.
