Is this video from 1987? If so are all the rules of the road same in 2020 as it is in 1987

Very informative, but did not answer my questions about septic systems of class PP boats.

What happened with the rest of the rules?

I lost my 100 ton certificate of completion before I could send it to the Coast Guard... I do have all the other required documents like CPR/First Aid, Physical Exam, Drug Test, Sea Time Service Form, Oath, Receipt from Pay.Gov , etc... Can I just send in these and the Coast Guard can call or email the school to verify my certificate??

We need the rest of the rules! C'mon!

What about these dyslexic people who have difficulty comprehending these facts? Can your average high school graduate pass this test without getting completely frustrated?
