impressive! Able to deploy a project as a container and running the container in Kubernetes way without manually create a Dockerfile or YML files

this is great and all, but how do you productionalize any of this? I don't want random devs deploying from their Visual Studio to my Stage or Prod environment. How do I set any of this up with a tool like TF to handle the infrastructure, but *not* the CI/CD when changes are merged to the repository?

I'm totally new to this topic, so I'm just guessing. But we do have Access Control (IAM) on resource level, so this might be a valid approach. Create and assign a Service Principal and use this in your TF configuration.
