I'm on the hunt for that tool for this very reason. I think if you use a metal ruler would help you. The WRMK fuse sheet protectors are 5 sheets and you have 10 sides

Will this work if all the layouts are 2 page layouts? I am not sure because ALL your protectors would need fused, wouldn't they? Great idea though...I had never seen the flush ones.
I don't do many two page layouts, so this works pretty well for me. But I can see where it would be problematic for someone who makes primarily two-page layouts.
