What is preventing you from living the life of your dreams? Are you waiting for the right person to come along? Will you be happy when you get a pay-rise? Or perhaps you just aren’t capable of getting what you really want? The truth is, that your perfect life is right here waiting for you to discover it. The only thing separating you from it is the dialogue that exists within your subconscious mind. Guest on this week’s podcast is writer, speaker and thought leader in human potential, Peter Crone, a.k.a The Mind Architect. Peter believes that resistance to the way life is, is not only futile, but it is the pre-curser to dis-ease both psychologically and emotionally, which can then manifest physiologically. He believes that to attain true freedom and joy, we need to release ourselves from the prison of our subconscious mind - those limiting thoughts that tell us we are not enough.
When we understand that our behaviours and thoughts are a result of our subconscious programming, we can deconstruct where those limiting beliefs came from and we are able to free ourselves from them and experience true liberation. Peter demonstrates how we can deconstruct our own negative thought patterns by talking to me about some of the things that have affected me in my life. We discuss how our subconscious programming can affect our intimate relationships and question whether the Hollywood ideal really exists. This is a really powerful conversation and I really hope it helps you to find more happiness in your life.

My girlfriend shared this with me earlier today. (May 3rd 2021). I've listened to several podcast type things she has shared with me and have found value in the all. But this.... The first time I listened to it.. was like a sledge hammer to my chest, the second time, a revealer in my midst. But the third time this message passed through my soul,.. I felt myself come alive. What is that thing called again when you laugh and cry at the same time? Whatever the name or the scientific term,.. I adore it. This podcast has lit a fire in this person, that I plan to fuel and grow. From the bottom of my heart,.. Thank you both, you are amazing people and you have a new friend in me.

Great suffering seems to lead to great compassion - I would like to know (it’s probably somewhere in a video, but as an interviewer it may not have come up) what suffering made Dr Ranjan so compassionate. All most of us want is to feel unconditional love, not be judged and accepted as the imperfect humans we are. So many people think earning a lot of money and what is viewed as “success” by modern society is going to be the solution to their pain. Interesting that this video resonated with so many people.x

I have Just listened to this podcast at work, amazing. For at least the last 20 years I have struggled to try and understand myself and during that journey of self discovery do my best to explain to family and friends just how I see the world and how changing the way they see the world they could transform their lives but I have never been able to get across fully what that was. This conversation and the immense wisdom it contains ( and I really mean that) have given me a new path forward. I could go on in depth but I feel that my deepest thanks will go some way to expressing by gratitude. With love and kindness Dean.

I have been trying to fix relationships for years that can't be fixed. One day it came to me, or someone said it. It's their problem not yours anymore. Also being told that the person was toxic helped. Also that this person gaslighted me for years too. When you love someone unconditionally it's very hard to realise that they'd do that to you. Also am grieving losing all my older family and my partner two years ago. Since 2008 people I loved died every single year. 14 funerals. It's enough to finish you off. That's why I try to make sense of it all listening to theses types of videos.

Having heard you hail from sunny Manchester (Me too) however I heard you mention Manchester grammar school I feel now I should share with you that my Grandfather (Turned 91 years young just 2 days ago) Roy Unwin was housemaster there when he was newly qualified to teach in about 1953. He went on to receive his first job as headteacher in the late sixties after cutting his teeth at schools like Bramley Junior when they first mixed boys and girls which caused so much ruccus in a school that already had behavioural issues as the pupils came from an estate which was split in 2 by the school so the two sides were enemies already. Then the old girls school closed so the girls from the 2 sides were sent to Bramley school, but then what made the behaviour worse was the girls who weren't known to fight wherever you lived, came to the school and shunned the boys they already knew when they showed more interest to the opposition. However when he moved up to school master the job came along with a newly built Infants and primary in Stayleybridge on a new estate Called Bradley Green Junior school. Anyway, I've gone on about that and probably bored you by now. Just thought I'd say something you might find interesting and places you possibly know of. Nice to hear some educational relevant to the masses that is interestingly listenable. This episode certainly gave me food for thought. Your guest sounds to be an empath like myself, I find people are drawn to me for advice, I too enjoy listening to others to help where I can, I can be totally honest with out being judgemental, I have no expectations of anyone and live and let live. More kind than killer. But it is tiering when being sensitive as an empath because it's hard to switch off that sensation if you need to. Thanks for a great interview. 🐜

Actually the percentage of time spent by Peter talking was a lot higher than the doctor's. Besides Peter had to counsel him with context which could not be established without the doctor "revealing" himself. There are many other podcasts where Peter does solos - maybe that's what would resonate with you.

@@trapped-ion nah. The guy wanted to hear himself talk. PC is THE draw for this interview. The guy, understandably so, wanted to get some free help from Peter. I get it. Who wouldn’t. He made more of the show about him than I cared to know.

@trapped-ion 2 года назад
@@themaker03 You're ignoring a fact I stated about the percentage of talk time split between the two. As much as PC is the draw here(as to you mentioned and I agree with that), would you have preferred PC to dish out his philosophy without a point of reference - in this case the doctor being such? Yes he somewhat benefitted from what you called "free help". I argue that this also helped those who didn't know PC well enough get a glimpse of his capabilities.

Dr. R. C., you seem a touch on edge and unsettled, a little anxious, which I get completely because it’s always a touch difficult being openly vulnerable and speaking about things that have deeply impacted your way of being. May I suggest, a 10 minute preparation time of grounding yourself, perhaps through breath work, such as staying with the breath whilst in a grounding meditation practice, so the edge of anxiety dissipates prior to you going into the podcast. Better yet, a consistent grounding meditation practice as one of the foundational practices to your early morning routine and structure may prove to be a way of going into each day with ease 🙏🏻 Wishing you every prosperity and the joyful fulfillment of your ikigai and way of being. Thank you for bringing this insightful and beautiful discussion to light. I’m sure it will help many along their path to liberation, in part by becoming aware of their impeding blockages, mental and emotional, and working through letting them go.

Rangan, your show Doctor in the house turned my life around...the idea of eating between 11 and 6, cutting down on carbs etc. Truly inspirational show...I'm a new person since your programme made me question my lifestyle. Cheers!

Dr Rangan Chatterjee I’m so glad, especially while being an MD, you could think for yourself enough to break out of the constraints of academia! WONDERFUL TO SEE! I say this because so many doctors don’t think out of the box & don’t listen to their patients & esp. regarding the hell of meds, in my case, Benzodiazepine withdrawal! They seem to believe they have been taught the whole truth when that is so far from the truth with regard to meds! Looking for an MD to help with that in my area is, so far as I have found...not a reality, and sadly, so many of us are just trying to get through it all with just a bit of help from a Zoom call & a few FB groups trying to tell people how to safely go about it! May more of us all wake up to these AMAZING & LIFE CHANGING BELIEFS! And may we not only see that it is possible, but believe it is within each of us, even if we may have created a 100+ prisons within which we find ourselves! What a great exchange of ideas, experiences & awakening! GREAT INTERVIEW!!! THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH!!! You’re both BRILLIANT MEN!!! Also, LOVE “Feel Better Live More!”🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼♥️🌹🌿.

Thank you for spending time making this podcast. I've been waiting to listen to it and today I came home early as I felt under par, so I decided to listen. I am so grateful as, as. I listened questions popped into my mind. Then I found you gave me the answer just later in the conversation... The way you delved deeper into the subjects has helped me further my understanding. I believe these messages have been planted like seeds to grow and flourish peacefully. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙏🏼❤️👏🏼👌🏽☯

Thank you Dr. Chatterjee. I've been watching all of your videos and am so glad I learned about you from Tom's health theory on feel better in five. Ignore whatever comments are criticizing you. I didn't feel at all that you were cutting off the guest or speaking too much. Keep up the good work, and I wish you and your family blessings of prosperity, abundance, and perfect health.

Thank you for sharing your experiences and showing us it's ok to be vulnerable. Communication is important until we really see that we are actually fine. NVC is a good support system for this.
