Those short shorts are sick dude, I used to run cross country so I like short shorts lol, it's cool to see more lifters and not just runners wearing them (for males)

Quads before back, I need to try this. Being tight off the floor is so difficult for me and its ruining the rest of the lift! 😩

my trunk angle is not near as upright when keeping my hips higher as you recommend, is it still beneficial to go with the sumo if i end up being not upright and without the benefits of the conventional from the floor?

Whenever I pull sumo the bar as well as my hands get stuck on the part where I get close to my quads and it doesent allow me to straighten up my legs? I don’t know what to do

Does sumo have carryover to low bar squats?

sumo carrys over to close stance squats. Its not compared to by high or low bar but instead close stance and wide stance. Wider stance squats activates hammys more, close stance puts more pressure on quads (which is more similar to sumo.
