Had a 1999 speed triple in the roulette green with a Union Jack tank protector. Loved that bike. I think up to 2010 was the best body style, still round head lights. I’m 58 needed a lighter bike got a 2024 ktm 390 duke, plenty of power for back roads. But you’re making me miss the speed triple! More power then I would ever be able to use😅
I’m a huge Triumph fan..Daytona T595/955i and Rocket 3 previously owned , at the moment on a Honda cb500x which just isn’t ticking the fun boxes for me..next on my list is the Speed triple, what a beauty..

I loved the look of the original modern version the T509 with the old 885 engine but they have got uglier and uglier with each new model or revamp, for me they got it right looks wise first try and then lost the plot, obviously dynamically the newer bikes are very different and with plenty of tech but that does nothing for me at all
