"Travelling to different places is very important when you start working, cause that thing of just staying in Gauteng there by Midrand and Centurion will make you believe social media is a real place, until you go to real places and see how people live." Now that for me is a statement of the year!
I'd go for Nissan Micra. It doesn't draw too much attention to itself and it is actually a nice riding car. Nobody can guess what you do for a living when you drive one.
😂Exactly. I always argue going for a decent looking reliable car within your budget. Not the first monstrosity you see just cause the price is attractive. Even if it's reliable too.
Baleno gl is the best buy. Managed to negotiate 12k discount through the help of your videos, though the dealership was a bit far. Your videos are of great value. Dankie King.
Hi MJ. I'm an average guy who had a budget of R250 000. I went for the previous gen polo sedan with just 80 000km and I'm happy with my choice 😅, it been a year and a half now and still haven't experienced any problems. I've put almost 50 000+ km and I only do service from my pocket and put petrol. 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
Lol Dude i Have an i20 2012 and been wanting to change it and get another Car but the fear of getting a problematic Car is the one that's making me to continue driving this one...I've just clocked 300K and no issues AT ALL.😭😭
Muzi,, please note how essential and relevant this particular post was important for us people that would appreciate a second hand that is fresh looking and yet reliable. This was informative. Please share details of that Kia Rio please
I recently acquired a 2019 Toyota Yaris XS myself, and it's been a fantastic choice. While I opted for a slightly older model, I truly appreciate the allure of brand new cars and the excitement they bring to their owners.
Id go for the micra honestly. Having test driven one it feels very solid on the road without much turbo lag and with it being discontinued the prices have fallen by up to 60k on some ive been tracking. It can be negotiated to a solid sale price if youre strong 🤝🏻
Muzi, can you please do a breakdown of the millage when buying a used car. Which is better, which would be advisable which isn't the best option to go for.
I like what u said about traveling beyond Gauteng to see how people live. I spent 1 week in The Seychelles & besides the Electric cars, the island was packed with Suzuki Swifts & Hyundai's. I've been wanting to upgrade my Nissan NP200 to a BMW, I think it's just the pressure of being in Gauteng & seeing people in Sandton drive machines. I did not feel this pressure when I lived in Cape Town & I was driving a simple Corsa Lite
Great video Dr Sambo i would go for a used Baleno Glx 2022 or GL Manual i see its now going for +-250k or a Nissan Micra i think these are very decent cars and they have so much features to offer they look great as well. power figures are not so bad as well .
Hi... Great videos and great commentary.... Thank you for your insights. Question.... Why do you say a starlet xi is a waste? Would your opinion be the same for a new driver?
I see why you share and I love your intentions...in fact I appreciate it, even Zizi mentioned how inspiring it is. Even Nicholette Mashile says we should talk more about money, transparency makes things real, as in siba realistic. Mina ngi bonga i confidence yakho and ask that you dont stop sharing.
VW Polo Sedan is OK, but suspension problems like you said, I only drove the car for 3months ND the sound from the suspension started and the car was around 60k-70k kilos on the clock
The issue I have now is that dealers have caught on that people are running away from new cars so now the secondhand car market is booming for them. Certain cars second are pretty much no different to the brand-new ones.
Hi Mr Sambo, you are such an inspiration... I have been wishing and searching to find information about the 2013 Hyundai i10 1.1 Gls/motion. Can you do it.
I'd go the KIA if not Nissan Micra. How about the Nissan Magnite is one of the decent ones? or you'll cover it in the SUV vid? That would be awesome. Thank you for your content my King.
Hi Muzi, what are your thoughts on the previous Polo R line 2017 model (previous shape/current Vivo shape) with the 1.0 TSI and DSG. 80 000KMS for R220K
Bhuti Muzi I would like to thank you ngomsebenzi wakho owenzayo. As someone who still in Varsity, you give me tips kuthi nam one day what should I do mengithenga my first car. I love your honesty. Ungenze ngakubuka ngamanye amahlo ukuthenga imoto 😂😂 Please keep up doing the good job 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤
What about Hyudia i20 old generation, 2019 model 1.2 motion? Please provide your thoughts about this one Danko🙏🙏🙏I really like this car but it's very expensive......even old model cost so much.
For me I would take a new Swift GL or negotiate for GLX and go home with a change for sound system or extending service plan🤞 but since swift is not listed I would go with a vivo
Goodday Mr can you please review or compare these 3 cars I'm actually planning on buying a new car before June Ford Fiesta 1.0T , Toyota yaris xs and Hyundai i20 fluid all year 2018 to 2019 danko 👍🏿
Dr Muzi can you please also talk about location of where to buy used cars. I know you have covered We Buy cars. I have heard that cars sold in Jozi are a risky adventure. Right now there is a 2018 Ford Everest 2.2 TDCI XLS 89 000km on autotrader for R240 000!!! I have heard people say with such cars something is wrong with them.
