Driving TDCI from past 4 yrs, 50K kms. Claimed insurance 2 times after Ford exit JUST PERFECT! Be it the Car or after sales everything is top notch. I doubt even if Toyota can match service experience of Ford.

I have 2014 TDCI model. Driven more than 125000 kms. No major issues faced till date. Service experience best. Stock Shocker still performing good. Mileage 20-24 on road and driving conditions. Never let me down. My daughter loves this machine, to the core.

U r right sir,whatever u described is true,I sold my 2017 model due to hill driving problem, in hill area 1st gear also not supporting😢 heavy lag was there😢 tyres too upgraded,engine guard did some jugaad😂these were only issue,rest aallll good.no problem

Next time you go for Ford manufactured(US MADE) brake pads...usually they use in endeavour. thoda costly hoga but it will go at least 60k

Brother for your Disc pad issue, do the disc turning/grinding once, it will make the surface uniform. I'm 100% sure that your problem will be resolved with that. Or if you want to spend a bit, replace your both discs.

The issue with disc is same with every car not just ford these brake discs loose flatness over the time and then you start feeling vibration while braking

Bro I had this car 2017 December model. I sold it because it has problem of power to weight ratio, while driving in Nainital with three passenger, it refused to climb in first gear and all of us had to get down and we had to stones on the rear tyre to prevent it from going back and give full acceleration in first gear to get over the steep incline. After this incident I decided to sell the car and instead got myself a new Ford Freestyle Diesel top model, which has the same ecosport engine, and I am still driving the Ford Freestyle, and I have done 42000 kms so far. As far as driving dynamics of Ford Ecosport, I fully agree with what you said.

I have the 2018 January titanium diesel model 105000 kms - still has all stock parts except tyres. I drive really rough and fast, it feels like brand new. What a gem 💎 of a machine. I will never sell it even after its RC expires in 2034. Totally agree the service quality of ford is at par with luxury vehicles like Audi or Mercedes. They deliver what they commit with least bothered issues.
