MJK, I have the same issue with pricing, I have searched and found some local farms who supply grass fed, grass finished beef, pasture raised chicken, and Osabaw pasture raised pork. Where the meat comes from is very very important to me, and even with these smaller local purveyors I pay a little more but worth it for the quality of the product and being able to tell everyone they are eating healthy, humanely raised antibiotic free products. Search, sand ye shall find. Keep up the awesome work!

I know where you can get a lot of used Restaurant for a good price. Things like warming tables, convection oven, etc.

Another awesome video, Joe. I've been following you for a bit and just got my Workhorse Pits 1975 delivered yesterday. They're the backyard units from JD at Primitive Pits who I saw in your other video, what an awesome guy. I'm a total newbie but completely in love with smoking and really appreciate your transparent how-to videos. Question on the restaurant equipment: is there some central auction site or did you just find by looking around? Thanks for any guidance, Mark (I also live just north of Chicago...small world).
