Se ven muy apetitosas Si no tuviera frutas esas galletas proteicas se podria incluir en el plato de un desayuno o almuerzo cumpliendo su racion proteica vegetal. Thank you for these tasty recipes, I will definitely try them. Just to tell you the pumpkin seeds that I find are not such a lovely bright green as yours but more like the colour of green olives.
I made the ones with the chocolate and almonds and coconut. The flavor was quite nice. However, I had to increase the oven to 350 degrees and bake them a bit longer as they were too soggy otherwise. I am using a convection oven that is build into my microwave, as my normal oven is broken.
