I'm curious on your uneven cooking comment. I'm looking to purchase a new grill and am looking at a Bull Brahma. I saw a video that showed that the Bull burners have baffles in them as well as different size vent holes in the burners as well as other places in the grill to offset the tendency for the grill to be colder in the front and hotter in the back. Was this an improvement that was made after you purchased your grill? Thanks.
Sorry for the late response, which was due to the fact that I was moving house. That also means that I no longer have access to the grill and can't now be sure that there isn't another way to get at the tubes. However, I'm pretty sure you'll have to pull the front forward, the difficult part being releasing the feed pipe from the regulator. Good luck.
