Hi. For those who "enable safe mode" does not work, go to - "Troubleshoot -> reset this PC -> and choose to reinstall windows from local storage" I had the same problem with safe mode not working and it worked like that. After resetting the sec time it will ask you to log on into your microsoft account that was previously signed to and set a new pin
I just got this problem today and doing step 1, fixed my computer. Only problem from there is that I didn’t know how to turn off Safe mode after doing the steps. Besides that. Thank you man, really helped me out a ton! 🙏
i go into safe mode and log on and it goes to the white screen so i followed someone’s instructions and reset and went to start up setting and did the local files and wiped everything and its still going back to the white screen again! getting so frustrated
Actually my user profile is got deleted … and i have seen two files one with .bak extension and another one without .bak extension and also SID of both are different in this case what should i do ? Help me

I got this error then when i restarted my laptop my wallpaper was default and many stuff werw missing from my desktop, settings changed as well probably and more stuff, is there anyway i can get back what i had-?Or do you know why any of it happend, i havent seen anyone adressing the problem of the data lost(Also the user name is the same) and i dont think i had another user
Here’s my problem, when I reset my pc it’s works like normal but then if I shut down and get back on later same issue again, but when I follow his steps and we get to the part where you find the profile list, on my pc I can’t find profile list it isn’t there so idk what to do after
I just went to change my user name through Regebit, which results this issue i try a lot but couldn't get the log in using on safe mode due to fear of losing data. Can you suggest me ?
Hi LotusGeek, the problem I have is that I have created a second user on my pc for my wife and when I click on the icon of her profile, I get the error message that you comment in your video. I have gone into ProfileList and only my user appears, what can I do to solve this problem? I am using Windows 7 Professional
The solution is solved just after the starting the PC the shift key and without going to the safe mode. However Thank you, if the error comes again then I will follow your video.
First fix, then open command prompt in admin mode and type following commands one by one: Sfc /scannow Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth If doesn’t work then save your data and then reinstall windows to fix corrupted files
For those struggling with the whitr screen in safe mode Reset your computer. Before it loads up, reset it. Do that 3 - 5 times so recovery mode can activate. When there go to troubleshooting and reset your computer. (Choose local install) It sadly will remove everything so im sorry about that
For real this 10 month old video fixed my computer when it had the same problem. Only issue was that I had to look at another video on how to turn off Safe Mode after following the steps. Aside from that this video really did help.
wait i mannaged to get to it…Basically you need to crash your PC 3 times as it begins to boot . . . Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down Do this twice On the third start Windows will boot into area in the video
hy Brother i recently got this error, i don't know by my computer automatically create new user with my name , i follow your steps but it didn't work, but i have restore point so i will restored my computer and my main profile is back but still the computer create a new user profile in family account and after 3 or 3 restart the new profile comes and shows that error that user profile cannot be loaded... i have antivirus, so i never visited any suspicious website and allow some notifications and download files from there.

So I found a way to sign in with my Microsoft password but it still won't let me sign in with my computer password but it works with my Microsoft one and saves all my stuff but in order to use my computer password Should I open with safe mode or could I do this on my profile
I went to recover the PC, and everything went normally, something was loading and I left for 2 minutes and I came back and I'm going to log in to the PC and it says the user profile service failed the sign in, and I found a lot of videos on yt how to solve it and when I go to hold shift and restart the pc and click troubleshoot and select the option like in the video what I'm watching then I get a black picture and nothing happens and the pc is still working, so I can't complete it to the end and solve that problem! help please?!
@@RadikalWear-wy7sm Press Ctrl + Alt + Del at the same time, press the power button, hold shift and click restart, when you get brought to the menu looking thing press the Continue thing, see if that works.
@@winning_development i solved this problem by removing cmos battery and i was able to access bios. Maybe that happened because my os is is a bypass installion of windows 11 that's why there errors in the system cos my build is just 6th gen 1060. After i accessed the pc again, i managed to finish all my work first and now i downgraded to win10 which is more compatible with my system and now my unit runs completely fine. Thanks god
Turn off using the power key.. press and hold the power key to turn off, once turned off restart again.. once it started again turn off holding the power key Do the same 3-4 times until you see the screen diagnosing your pc It will welcome you to advanced options
