Ushi Hirosaki is a Japanese interviewer working for Tokyo Broadcasting..
Well, actually...no, she's not!
Ushi was portrayed by Dutch TV Host/Actress Wendy van Dijk.
After fooling Dutch celebrities for a few years (since 1999) with her bad English and awkward questions it was time to go global.
Together with her partner Hiromi Tojo they've 'interviewed' many celebs over the years. Many of them can already be found on RU-vid.

She can't do it anymore, because the perpetually offended Political Correctness Brigade and "social justice warriors" on social media say that a white person pretending to be Japanese is "racist" and "offensive" to the Japanese (even though in reality the Japanese couldn't care less!). Apparently it's still ok for Sasha Baron Cohen to pretend he is Asian, for the Borat character, as he released a new Borat film and there were no accusations. But if a white woman like Wendy does it, apparently now it's very "offensive" for a loud minority of easily offended people.

In 99.9% of the cases, it's ALWAYS a few white people being 'offended' on behalf of other races, saying it's 'racist' and making themselves the spokesperson for other races. Then you go interview Japanese or Chinese on the street, they say they are actually flattered by the references or not bothered at all ! Same thing happened when Katy Perry got accused of racism and 'cultural appropriation' for performing in a kimono. They did a street interview in Japan (it's here on YT) and 100% of the Japanese people interviewed just said she looked beautiful and thought it was a nice compliment to Japanese culture!
