You absolutely could but expect a slower dry time. Heat guns discharge and dissipate heat faster. But it would speed up dry time versus just ambient air.
You can put the gun in your hand also. Quick circular motions about 6 inches away. Heats and dries fine. I ain’t got all day buddy. Has never failed me.
