Using Avid CNC to Create Blue Line Wood Flag with Jeep 

I had an opportunity to create a custom blue line wood flag while incorporating a jeep theme for a good friend and coworker who was retiring after a career in federal law enforcement. The blue line part represents law enforcement and the jeep theme represents his personal interests as well as the fun he is going to have in retirement.
I designed the project using Vectric Aspire and created it entirely on my Avid CNC. In this video I share my entire process from initial wood glue up to the different tool paths for cutting out various parts of the flag as well as my process for masking and staining the flag.
