Thank you, the only info I found where you could use the wah without having to click a switch or having the wah stop, by using the bypass on heel setting you shared. Thank you very much!
Thank you so much for this video, great information and so much more helpful since you’re walking through the stage set up, which is so much different then the profiler head version. Again, greatly appreciated!
Hey everyone! 🎸🎻 I have a question? I play both the guitar and the electric violin. I currently own an electric telecaster and an Bridge electric violin four strings, both of which I absolutely love playing. Now, here's where I need your expertise. I've been exploring the idea of incorporating both instruments into my live performances, and on a kemper modeling app.. I was wondering if you have experience using different foot switches on the pedalboard to seamlessly switch between the two instruments while playing live. Having the ability to effortlessly switch between my guitar and electric violin using the Kemper amp and different foot switches would be a game-changer for me. It would allow me to explore new sounds and create a unique live experience for my audience.
Great videos, thanks. I finally chose the Kemper Stage after watching and love the sounds. As I’ve explored your channel further I see you also do Helix stuff so I’m curious, if you could only have one would it be the Kemper Stage or the Helix?
I think the Kemper Stage has nice and varied amp profiles but the Helix has more effects options. That’s why I still have both. There is no clear winner.
I was wondering exactly which add on pedal model that is. I think I've found them on reverb, but not too sure it's the same as yours. Great, informative video. Keeper coming.
Greta video. Just curious. I currently have a vox ac30 and a pedalboard with 8 pedals. What I like is that I can switch on any pedal I want anytime. The Kemper remote only has four buttons. Does that mean I can never have more effects to use at any given time? If I set up a way and a whammy with two expression pedals, does that still leave my four effects buttons open or does that take up those slots?
Hi thank you for the video! Can I ask: can I assign the expression pedal to be a wah in a rig and a whammy or a volume in another? Using the same pedal connected to the same pedal slot
Hello, is is possible to configure a wha en volume pedal on rig 1 (switch 1 on the bottom, not effect), and for example configure a morph and pitch on rig 2 (switch 2). With Mission engineering EP1-KP-GN, te one with the toe switch
I have a question, i used a normal cable with one ring to connect my expression pedal to the kemper first it worked. After some time it just stopped working do you know what the problem could be? Is it the cable?
Hi Nick, the Helix is good as a multi effects ‘all in one’ and for channel switching etc. there is really nothing on the market like it for that but the Kemper range it amps and quality of amp tones is heard to beat. For the way I play I love the Kemper.
Hi Aaron. Great Video as usual. Can i set either morph/Pitch or volume on a per rig basis with only one expression pedal? The manual says I cannot. I would only be expecting it do do one of these things per rig. I have a Dunlop wah on my pedal board so I don't need Wah anytime to be activated. If you think I can, how would I go about saving my setting per rig?Thanx Jason
Hi Jason. I honestly don’t know as I’m not with my Kemper right now. I assume the manual is correct but send me an email and I’ll gladly take a look at it for you. Thanks for watching!
Hi Aaron, I experimented with the Kemper stage this afternoon & if I set the Expression pedal to Morph I cannot go to a pitch patch on another rig & use the pedal; It just reverts back back to a volume pedal. Hope I am just doing something wrong? I have just come from an old Digitech RP1000 where you could assign the Expression pedal to any one thing on a per patch (Rig) basis which was very handy. Cheers Jason :)
Jason Alexander Check out the ‘Pedal link’ chapter in the manual which explains how to configure a single pedal to do several jobs depending on the selected rig. Let me know if that is what you’re looking for!
@@aaronshortmusic Hi Aaron. Thanx a lot for your advice. I spent about an hour on the pedal link & pedal pages trying every combination I could. When trying to use a pedal for morphing it doesn't allow you to use the buttons for morphing as well. A bit of a catch 22. Maybe there is a way, but for now I am using the pedal for pitch shifting & volume only. The wahs sound good so maybe I should try them & retire my Dunlop for a while. Cheers again & let me know if you do find a work around please.Jason
Hey brother it’s Shawn again I did get my looper working but how do you control the length,so I want my riff to repeat but it still runs until it’s ready to loop like when it runs outa space on the screen ,hard to explain hope you can help ? Their are no looper kemper stage videos out there to explain, looping is new to me n would love to utilize this effect in my playing, please HELP
looking for the five best clean and rockprofiles for an tele, strat and a les paul. Instead of spending hours surching, can you give me some suggestions for these guitars? Thanks
That’s a great idea for a video. I would start by auditioning the built in profiles. You can arrange them by the amount of gain. It’s all quite subjective and guitar-dependent.
This video was useless for me. I just got the Mission EP-1 pedal. You did not address how to configure that pedal with the Stage. I want to set it up as a volume pedal, with the wah function on the toe switch. I can't find ANY tutorials for this arrangement!!!! And the manual sucks as well! VERY FRUSTRATING.
@@aaronshortmusic Thanks,...I eventually figured out a configuration that works for me. It's not what I orriginally envisioned, but it works just fine!
