Always wished there was a way to find duplicate images...I know I can't be alone with this desire

But when you import then, there is an option call Don't import suspect duplicates and if you edit and image you will have the original original and the original-edit side by side, or with virtual copy so they will be easy to spot

@@jmgcg Completely aware of that feature on import... The criteria it uses doesn't always capture duplicate images and/or duplicate file names. When you experience this you will appreciate my request (and count yourself lucky if you never need it).

Get yourself Duplicate File Finder …but of course it is outside of LR

Very nice video, thank you. I use LRC only for doing keyword searches, preferring to use Bridge and Photoshop with ACR in my workflow. Consequently, I wish someone would do an exhaustive video detailing keyword searching in LRC, for example how to do a keyword search where one keyword is required along with one other of two possibilities. Putting it differently, this search could be represented thusly: keyword1 AND (keyword2 OR keyword3) On a related topic, after much experimentation, I found a way to filter for two distinct words or partial words in LRC but it uses plus signs before required strings or words and only works using the keyword = "Contains All" choice, making it tedious and hard to remember. Unlike Bridge, which does all keyword searching by brute force, LRC has the potential to be a superstar in this regard but from what I can discern, such searches are all but impossible currently. Unless you know some KW searching tricks. Do you? Thanks again.
