Hi, Thank you for your video’s! I have a question? I just purchased silver magnetic powder in the hopes of making cat eye pigments for large art projects. I had the idea but can’t find anything regarding mixing magnetic fingerprint powder with art powder pigments such as mica or regular pigment powder anywhere. I thought I would experiment. While I’m waiting for delivery I saw your video, I was wondering if you could tell me if it’s possible to mix magnetic fingerprint powder with pigment powder or mica powder for the purpose of manipulating the magnetic pigments with magnets in epoxy resin; as is done in the nail industry for the cat eye effect? These cat eye effect powders are only sold in grams. I’m trying to buy a magnetic powder by the ounce that I can buy colored or color myself for use on a grand scale for my larger epoxy resin artwork. I am a multi media and resin artist. Thanks any answer or recommendation you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I would appreciate knowing where I might be able to source these magnetic powders in ounce or pound quantities. Colored, or clear, or mixable to make colors. Thank you, Debbie
Guido Lorenzo I like the powder from Lynn Peavey. Lynnpeavey.com. Their brushes are super smooth and the super black powder rocks. I use them for all my powders.
