Water is hydration. So it's possible to condition without oils included

??? Yes water can re hydrate hair but it can only do so much. Oils are for sealing moisture into the hair once the hair is properly moisturized. I know most people don’t use oils but I personally do. This deep conditioner helps add moisture and strength to the hair.

@@IyanaLeShea I know. Avocado has water in it but oils as well to seal it in.
