I often stocked in a melody loop, especially after I finished a rehearsal or concert. The melody repeat again and again in my brain. It just can't go away~ So, I have to find another beautiful melody to cover the old one.........Well, I guess having a melody stuck in my mind probably is not too bad, I guess~~ By the way, I can't stop laugh out loud at the part "PNAS"....😆😆
Thank you for providing such an illuminating video! It's always hard to get out from the discouraging loops. Sometimes distractions work but sometimes not. Sometime I just couldn't make the decision to distract myself from the bad loop. But usually, once I start to get out from the loop, everything becomes better and better. The most difficult thing is the "start".
Thank you for sharing authentic thoughts. I quite feel bored by my work and can’t stop thinking about it even I am home. As you say, good distraction can direct us to a positive thought. I hope that I would find suitable distraction.
