to make things a lot easier just use gta v director mode.... you can disable cops fly the jumbo jet and land at the military base.... you can also have (infinite lives) and be in invincible mode.... it just makes thing a lot for fun and a lot more easier....

you can flare in GTA 5, only issue is you'll have to lose a good amount of airspeed (not that much) and then stall the engine once you've approached the ground. raising the nose wont cause any height gain in that case

The real fun in watching these videos, is guessing when the jumpscare ear blastin' will come!

When using a controller, you can actually have a 2 pointed landing by slowing the engines (without turning them off) and having a slight nose-up position. I used to do it all the time on PS3 when my PS4 was in the shop. Flying planes is pretty much the only fun thing for me on old gen GTA V, and I think I've mastered realistic landings as best as I could in GTA V-a game with RC physics. I used the Miljet mainly, but I also used the Luxor, Velum, and some other small aircrafts just so I can branch out my piloting experience. This was done regularly until online players decided to block my character from online and thus I had to go to R* and get everything reset. So, now I retired from piloting in GTA V. :)

Actually i flare the plain in gta almost with every landing i chose, you just cut the engines and point up (when a few feet from the runway(unless you want to stall)) i use the luxur and have no issues, best. Plane. Ever

As a quick note, from the cockpit design and fuselage, it’s a 747-300, similar to 747-400 but analogue instruments and the fuselage is slightly shorter

Just to let you know, if you have a hanger online, you can buy the planes on your phone in the game. Then it will automatically transfer it to Pegasus. Also, when you go pick it up from Pegasus or where Pegasus puts your plane you can fly it to the Los Santos airport or wherever your hanger is. Put it into the hanger and it will transfer to your personal aircraft and will always be stored in your hanger so you don’t always have to call Pegasus! Edit: the planes I personally own are, Dodo, Cuban800, Mallard, Bersa, ultralight, miljet and the Hydra

I don't know if you know but first person was an afterthought in this game so some of the oldest vehicles weren't made to be seen inside and then later vehicles suffered because they reused the assets. There are some mods you might like, just have to remember to remove them to play online
