I love how 'realistic' the slow Extra-300 lookalike overtaking the C-5/747 is, the flight crew probably didn't notice the commotion because they were trying to keep their jet from stalling!

Those issues you're having with the textures not loading correctly is a well-known bug related to CPU/Storage in GTA 5. Verifying the game files usually does the trick.

You can fly a 747 and the cargo plane in GTAV Online, you will need a mod menu though since you can’t normally spawn it lol

Exactly. When I am on Plane Finder, I can see planes at 0 feet sitting in a hangar. I don’t get how flying low can get you under a military grade radar.
