For fast resampling: just use your smartphone with a 10$ usb-c soundcard. Works great with my android phone. Just record in your recorder app or koala sampler, then resample that with the ko2. I think that is a good workaround. We have our phones always with us, just use them:) But of course. Internal resampling would be awesome😄
Great video. Also the KO 2 is a midi sequencer. Each pad can be a Midi track. also a pad can play its own internal sample and Triger a external sound source at the same time.
Sorry bud, you can't have Fx per sample because the Fx cost processing time, and there's only enough power for all channels at once. We'd need 6 times more computational power to cover 6 channels of polypony individually. It's all to a price point.
I do however wonder what they can do since there is a whole unused cpu core in there since the chip that was available had two cores and they only use one currently.
@@rustknuckleirongut8107it will get more. It’s the first of the EP series. I think there will atleast be a synth or possibly fm synth version I want an FM one sega style
I think you captured the spirit of the KO super well. It’s fun, it’s not a CS80. I bought it because it’s fun, it’s battery powered, it has a built in mic. It doesn’t hurt that it looks utterly charming. All subjective of course but I owned an SK-1 as a kid and I get why some have compared it. Much better of course but oh what a lovely ideas machine to then resample into my Push 3 or whatever you have. Or just make grooves for the fun of it. There doesn’t always have to be the intention to make a master piece great vid.
3:30 my sound 523 can’t do this lol pushing 4-8 yes but chords 7-6-9 sounds 👎🏽 My chords were dissonant did you change some parameters? Also nice video cool to sample kids I bet they think it’s cool too
