An Accsoon Cineview transmitter can be used to extend the range of the WiFi remote control system built in to a Sony FX6, FX9 and many others. By connecting the camera to the Cineview using both an SDI/HDMI connection and the cameras WiFi you can not only use the Accsoon See app on an iPhone/iPad or Android device to remotely monitor very high quality low latency video but you can also run the appropriate Sony remote control app to control the camera over the same WiFi connection, greatly increasing the range and stability.

Will this work with a Canon XF605 via the Canon Multi-Camera Control App?

@@simongreene9709 If the camera is able to connect to a hub or access point then I don't see why not.

I'm frustrated that Sony's monitor and control app does not send the image if in S&Q or Interval mode. Will the Accsoon unit do this? If not does anyone know another way?

Thanks for sharing this feature, Alister! Unfortunately I'm not able to activate this on a FX9 (V 4.02) because the camera does not recognise the WIFI signal. It only recognises the Accsoon-Pro-Group WIFI. And I can't even connect via manual registration of the network. Any suggestions? Thanx in advance. Edit: the transmitter must be set to a dedicated channel, e.g. 36. Then the wifi will appear after a network scan!

It should work, FX9 in station mode. You need to connect to the Cineview's dedicated name as shown on the Cineviews the WiFi settings (not the Pro-Group WiFi).

@alisterchapman Thank you for you response! But that's exactly what I've tried. If I'll find the problem/solution, I'll post it here.

Brilliant, I’ve been looking into this myself. Could this be done with a7s III HDMI to NINJA V (RAW recording)and from Ninja V to Accsoon HE with added LUT? And on the iPad, csn you have two cameras show side by side, or would you need two iPads for that?
