Using the Clarifier and setting F Key Functions on TFT on FT-991A listening to local good sounding station on the waterfall. The feature can be reset to zero by pressing the "CLAR" button will quickly return to frequency to zero.
To toggle from from RX, TX and RX/TX options
1. Press "Menu/Setup"
2. Rotate the "Multi-Function" know until option "040 CLAR MODE SELECT"
3. Tap "SELECT" and rotate the "Multi-Function" know until option until desired setting (RX, TX TRX) and press "ENTER"
4. Press "BACK"

Hi again Steve. Interesting information in the video`s, very informative. By the way, with regards to the Spectrum/waterfall query I found that I had the radio in LOCK, now all is well, thank you. 73 James.

"Using the Clarifier" - You might want to include all functions of the CLAR button. I did not hear you mention holding down the CLAR button for more than a second the offset will reset to zero and save a lot of knob turning.

Thanks, I tried it this weekend - Press The "CLAR" button near the VFO @ 1 o'clock will reset the Clairifier to "0" thanks for the tip sir!!

You make great videos keep it up. Love my FT991A everything is adjustable and it takes a little time to get good at tweaking the settings. Nice shack. And nice CB is it ssb what model I think I will add one. 73's AA4CP Chuck Port Salerno FL USA
