Thank you for providing this info. I am one of those few that is thinking to buy this in 2022. I have tried iPhone and Samsung, but I can't move on from my first love, Blackberry.
Just watched this for the first time and YES I do use a key one in 2022. All works fine, is a little slow but thats ok for what I need. If you live in the UK than I would say yep it is still a very useable. Cheers for the vid
I just picked up a black edition keyone with the 4gb option, and other than the battery life being expectedly degraded, it's perfectly fine. No issues with sim services, and the keyboard looks/feels still like new. Love the capacitive keyboard for scrolling and the shortcuts. My Unihertz Titan has those things too, and the ideas clearly came from the Blackberry devices. I haven't found it to be laggy at all, so I must have lucked out because used devices this old are always a gamble.
@@dulceledesma5700 I've never tried those apps specifically, but I don't see an issue unless they somehow aren't compatible with Android 8.1 here. Also, if there is a glitch or something with versions available through the app store, you can always download previous versions online and try those. I've had to do that with my newer phone and sometimes it can be an easy fix. Just gotta remember (which is good practice anywhere) to set your phone never to auto update anything. For music, the speakers are decent but the headphone jack being there is handy and Bluetooth works as well as anything. It comes with the blackberry hub which you can easily have multiple email addresses on. I do think I prefer the Unihertz Titan overall, but for keyboard devices there aren't lots of options (basically the Titan series and Key series, as well as possibly the Priv) and I hope you find one that you like. The biggest challenge these days is kind of fighting time with these unfortunately.
I actually have all BB devices starting from Bold 3 and up :) I also have the Porsche Design the 3 of them, brand new in boxes 😍 as for the K1 i have both versions 3 and 4 GB, and also have the K2 silver edition. Bottom line, i am a BB fan and can’t live without, if only i can be their CEO for couple of months to show you how to revive this device 😏. Cheers
Not the prettiest looking phone? I think the design and built quantity are probably the only good thing about this phone. I would get it just because it’s a beautiful design. Like the Moto Razr
