Using the Rösle kitchen torch 

We used the Rösle flambierbrenner for the first time on a baked Alaska. It was fun, and it tasted good. We used Earl Grey Tea ice cream for the foundation. One of them had whisky spritzed over it, but we didn’t get the flambé effect.
