We skated in the late 70s in empty pools and 22 foot in diameter pipes they had out here. Skate parks weren’t invented yet. I still have a 36” Sims Pure Juice skateboard with the original Gullwing trucks and a Gordon and Smith fiber flex deck and a original Z- Flex deck. We had a blast back in the day skateboarding.

That picture on the front of that police magazine is from the 1970's or 80's, the McDonald's Big Mac containers are Styrofoam and those were used in the 1970's and early 1980's.
