Two tips that will help avoid vacuum form webbing. 1. Lower the temperature or heat up the sheet less 2. You may need to add a draft angle to your design.. hard to tell in the video but they looked like the edges were 90°. A draft angle of 3° will help avoid webbing and it will make the chocolates pop right out without having to bend the mold.

Don't forget about your draft angle, my dude. For thermoformed parts it should be 2-5 degrees - should help relieve your moldings...
