In an attempt to provide protection for the Cyberspoon (should I ever decide to sell them), I decided to design and create some prototype plastic packaging. I modeled some bucks in Fusion 360, machined them out of Renshape, and vacuum-formed plastic sheets over them using the Mayku Formbox. I made several small mistakes throughout the process, like not venting concave features in my buck but ultimately overcame them.
The 14 Gal. Ridgid NXT Wet/Dry Shop Vacuum used in this project was provided by Home Depot and it is a serious workhorse. Check it out at: homedepot.sjv.io/gzg32
