There’s no feeling like when you’re about to check if there’s a new episode of the podcast and it actually just got recently uploaded. My favorite thing on the internet. Forever grateful for the work you do Fouad and for all you guys on the podcast. Always making me laugh, even during tough and dark moments as I’m working my way back to a normal life after 3 years of dealing with a shit ton of healthissues and anxiety/panic attacks. You’re a legend Hoss!
@@ulimuller7892 haha, damn! I dunno, I just don’t like getting bombarded with notifications, so yeah, but I probably should do it for this podcast tho!
Keep making content Justin! We want to watch you progress. Not to mention that your style is very instructional and educational! Like the most recent video with Hosstile, you were coaching every movement! Day in the life at your grow facility would probably go viral 🤔
As a fan who is also Canadian, when I first saw that Hosstile ships from the US and is US based, I was somewhat upset but quickly realized and understood why. Anyone who’ll actually get upset about it either doesn’t understand business, is extremely entitled or isn’t a real fan.
I think for the most part people just don’t really understand. I wish everyone knew how much I want to be in Canada. It just takes time. Thanks for understanding.
That was an awesome way to end the podcast, talking about taking personal responsibility when you are wrong and owning up to your mistakes. That sort of integrity seems to have been or possibly still be in decline and I think it's terrific for all your fans to here that the kind of standard you all hold yourselves to. Seriously awesome to hear.
Bodybuilders don’t need an athlete’s rep, you need a union. Someone who gets paid by the athletes to set an industry standard for competition and sponsorship/contracts. Listening to James today and his problem with his previous company he was signed with, highlights the problem that individuals can be taken advantage of. Your loyalty has to be to each other bodybuilders around the world, good luck.
I’ve been in love with James videos, almost can’t keep up lol, and yes JUSTIN more RU-vid, they are soo good!! I would watch the same leg day over and over and over! Just the way he talks and explains everything is amazing!
What the--- I was literally trying to find something to watch for my dinner, and all of a sudden the notification of FAM popped up, FINALLY!!!! Oh and I just finished working out, thank you sir fouad and bc crew, love you brothers... 🙏🇵🇭❤️
Right on time, brother. Been waiting for this. These podcasts have helped a lot in different aspects of BB, & most importantly has also helped deal with anxiety. Appreciate all the effort & time that you & all the guys pour into this. Keep up the great work!
I follow Roman for a long time. When I started following RBP I was HAPPY for Roman to be connected with in the international community / circuit. That's freaking cool. He is probably, besides Urs, one of the only current active BBer who is a part of the international network. This is freaking cool. His fans should celebrate this. Think back to the days when Rühl was training with Ronny Comelan or Dennis Wolf living in Las Vegas ... I wann See Roman training with Justin, Iian and Fouad. Roman visiting Guy and going of a hunt. Roman meeting James eating British beef .... and what so ever ... Besides, I have no issue with Romans current sponsor BUT he would fit to HOSSTILE ;-) AND he could bring HOSS to Germany and make it more famous.
Thank you Fouad for another episode today! I always love getting a notification to watch the podcast at the end of the day after work. This is the best thing to look forward to!🙏🏼
James is such a first-class human being (aside from being admittedly selfish in his relationship) the size of your heart - literally and figuratively - is big enough to keep drawing fans in and keep the individuals that truly back you loyal - no worries here brother - Fouad - the people demand more Roman
Rich Gaspari is such an underrated bodybuilding personality. He completed at the top of the ranks, and has all the best experience and knowledge.... Not to mention stories. He does have a podcast with John Romano (dragonslayer media) and has recently (within the last year or so) released a terrific book called Classic Bodybuilding Handbook? Amazing reference! Rich doesn't get enough of the spotlight.
@Fouad Abiad Media India is absolutely amazing ,apart from the traffic situation , there is definitely a whole lot to experience as it is a mixture of multiple cultures. U will have a lovely time down here and will definitely be showered by lots and lots of love. it will be an experience if u are able to make it . big big fan of the podcast btw.
Section for the portion in the beginning. When you're telling Justin that you always have content and things can be revamped in little ways and the audience will always be there. Anyway, how you speak on your food videos being popular. To this day I still cook chicken the way you put out on your video. Delicious and convenient.
another great podcast fouad thanks these three are your best crew in my eyes and what a character roman is we need to see more of him in your podcasts fouad.
Would be interesting to hear you guys talk about how having over 15 competitors affects the competitors with the excessive time to get the show in, delays due to the amount of competitors, trying to time your peak……One favorite moment was a couple years ago when Luke got up to turn on the light and Feroce was grinning in amazement how F’n huge Luke was
The amateur olympia in india is going to be packed, it always is.. Probably bigger than the olympia itself... U will be surprised how much ppl love bodybuilding and bodybuilders in india.....india is huge, there are beautiful hillstations, poor slums, rich cities, mountain peaks, beaches, crazy good food and the variety of food in every state is insane.. We have it all.
Welcome to India , you will definitely like it. Not everything you hear or see online is true .. one thing is, you will definitely love the hospitality and the craze towards bodybuilders .. it's just different to West.. 🤝
Fouad the point you made about social anxiety and perception of self is all in the mind was spot on brutha...keep up the amazing work love the insight into the mind of a bodybuilder you guys provide #Keep Grinding 💪💯
Justin needs to bring more videos I only can agree to Roman that these first videos were so entertaining and informative, Justin just has a very special vibe in his character!!
There might not be the same amount of skill in bodybuilding as there is in other sports but I believe that the same amount of effort goes into body building as does other sports. Love the podcast guys keep up the good work 🤘🤘
@@FouadAbiad you're bringing a refreshing approach to how Bodybuilders interact through podcasts, discussion and camaraderie. Keep up the innovative work, and relish this moment. One day your podcast will serve as a measurement of how Bodybuilding can be done properly and later contribute as (imo) it was always meant to, as a sport of serious value. You're all incredible at what you do and have done. This is how legends are made...and y'all are blazing the pathway forward. 🧠💪😎
Fouad - You the man! Keep cranking these out we love you and the crew bro!! Love it. Hey man look into enabling that "Thanks" icon so we can send you a few bucks for these mate. I definitely would. P.S. - traveling this week, been watching old ones with you and Luke. God damnit, the world lost such an amazing dude in Luke...you two were SO GOOD!! Marine Mike
Fouad, I was thinking about when you said you don’t “look at peoples stories on IG, FB etc.. If you did, and replied within the story to your fans and customers, your business would double ROI in a year. To take a second when you’re in bed to reply to people is the North Star of brand. You can’t see the conversion on the back end but you would build stickiness with your people and watch margins grow. Kind of off topic. Love you guys and what you’re doing for the industry!!!! Cheers
@@FouadAbiad Not just tags but literally going to peoples page that watch RBP and just letting your name be seen in the story will bring disproportionate stickiness and build more brand. You’re a beast at what you do across the board. When I was @ Vayner media I learned a lot. Love you guys and thank you Fouad.
A potential solution for having too many competitors at the O would be to make Olympians (from the prior year) compete at least twice (besides the Olympia) each year. Top 5 only has to do 1 more and the rest has to rest qualify and do another. This way it’ll limit the amount of shows with weaker lineups and stop “weaker” competitors who won’t be competitive from making it. This would 1: limit the amount of competitors, 2: make shows deeper 3: save the O money which they can re distribute
When it comes to skill in bodybuilding, I would say posing is the biggest skill involved … at least as much skill as more other ‘real’ sports. I’ve played plenty of sports to decent level, and posing has been harder to master than skills in those sports!
Fouad! You really should put up a Membership on here, but without any benefits. I dont want any benefit. I just want to give a little support, like 3-5$ a month. As I am from Germany, I sadly cant get some Hosstile product like the T-Shirts which I really would love to get. I mean you wouldnt lose anything and whoever wants to support is free to do so. And who doesnt want to be a member is supporting by watching anyway.
Great stuff Guys, mental talk was on point, we all get caught up in if I had this, or if I was like so and so, or I am big or ripped it will make feel better, and its hard not too, I feel if I had more money I would be happy, but its internal, main point is to talk to a therapist about all this. Thought shit like this when you guys talk about it is awesome and important. And Justin Kills me when he watches or listens to Roman, about delivery guy, and package came to my door, and Justin so subtle, thats how it works🤣🤣 great laugh and thank you... Brian from Boston
