That's in the other video with the main packs. The recon main pack is bigger than the regular ILBE main pack. The recon assault and corpsman assault are the same size bags. The corpsman is just more plump because of the extra pouches.
Also, are the stays on the recon main bag longer than the stays on the ILBE main bag? (Sorry, I see you have already answered my question about the assault packs.)
Nice vid, I have the ILBE main back pack and the assault pack and I HAVE 2 questions, where can I buy any of this back packs? Does the brown hydration carrier fit the smaller ILBE? Ps. The bags you have are very nice. Good choice.
Reference for anyone wondering the same things: ebay is a good place to look for specific surplus gear, and no, the long brown tactical hydration carrier doesn't integrate with the ILBE system. The original design integrated ILBE hydration carrier is the green and black hydration carrier that first came with the MOLLE II woodland gear. Its hard to find one thats actually marked ILBE hydration carrier, but the green and black MOLLE II hydration carrier is identical; the label is the only difference.

Damn i didnt know the "corpsman" version was different then the recon one...AND of course i just find this out after i won a auction on ebay... I hope my new recon one isnt too small... Can you put a regular marpat assault pack in the review too? :p
my neighbor has one of those an a bunch of ilbe gear\packs just laying in there yard getting wet and ruined, so I asked if they would want to sell them and they said "idk let me think about it"..... it's been two weeks an there still out there, makes me mad......also they said they just found them in the house so its not like it was a family members
