Are you aware that this is a interpretation of the gospel version Hallelujah Chorus created by Mervyn Warren? This was part of an album that was critically acclaimed and even won a Grammy. Granted, this choir sounded a little too choral and not gospel enough in certain parts (not to mention the speed was way too fast; it needed to relaxed and held back instead of frenetic and rushing), but they were overall really great! I implore you to hear this version of the Hallelujah Chorus; it’s so high-spirited and joyous!
