This is our Road to Vegas Journey. Practice #2
Unfortunately, this is a building and learning day. We agreed to no cameras during our warm up/drilling so that we could be focused. Here are the points though!

Perhaps the hitting arm going back a bit further on the forehand prior to the forward swing and not hitting the lag position too early prior to driving with the legs, just a suggestion, good hit session

Theres a number of forehands where the shoulder turn is lacking. Even in open stance there should be a more significaant turn. This might be why a number of your forehands lack depth

Is 5.0 or 5.5 division USTA league even held in your area? In my area in the 90s it was basically a death sentence to be moved up past 4.5 since there weren’t enough players at the higher ranks to field enough teams for a league. Players would jump through hoops to keep from moving up.

Level is pretty close I think! There might be a big difference in serving but off the ground both look great.
