Wow, brought tears to my eyes. I was a groom for standardbred trainers five years ago and I miss the horses every single day. The breed is amazing and I'm convinced there's nothing they cannot do. Moni Maker and Julie Krone are just awesome!!
The prompters are usually Thoroughbreds, and they are not galloping at their racing speed, just enough to give her some competition. TB do not trot as fast as STB.
