A University of Utah law professor said he and his family took cover in an underground safe room in Jerusalem Tuesday as Iran fired dozens of rockets at Israel. Read more: ksltv.com/6885...
Do some research before you post such things. Iran's ballistic missiles do not burn engines the entire flight. The engines shut off after the boost phase and then cruise to the target. The ones you can see hitting the ground are already intercepted.
@@SecretAgentBartFargo by intercepted do you mean, the missile hit the ground and magically created a boom? Or do you mean, it was destroyed and it just created a bomb but it wasn't a bad boom?
@@jramir2 Despite interception, the warhead may not be completely destroyed, or there could be remaining fuel onboard, or the kinetic energy is so great that it creates the explosion. Either way, the missile is thrown off target, which is why there are very few casualties.
@@VIVAKALASHNIKOV You apparently believe ballistic missiles burn engines all the way to the target, despite the fact that they don't. I'm not sure what else to tell you if you aren't willing to accept how a ballistic missile works. I mean, it's not like you can do some research on it or anything, right?
The missiles cruise to their target after the boost phase, hence why they are ballistic. They aren't visible when they are hitting the targets. The ones that are visible are ones that are shot down. Remember, these things are flying at mach 16+ and have incredible kinetic energy regardless. Israel does indeed appear to have intercepted most of them.
You actually can't see a ballistic missile after its engine shuts off after the boost phase. The ones we can see in the video have already been intercepted.
Negative on the 80% claim. Ballistic missiles have a boost phase in which the engine burn is visible. After the boost phase, they cruise with no engines on a ballistic trajectory and are essentially invisible to the naked eye. What we are seeing are intercepted missiles hitting the ground.
It's horrifying to see the fights. I think it's a huge loss when we can't live one another for the differences we have. Essentially what makes us unique to one another and only to be adored but instead you are hated. It's an illness and a psychosis of the population.
Esteemed people are mocking iron dome, but i didnt see a massive explosion on the impact, the flamed debris are falling after interception. The damage is literally void inspite of 200 missiles fired.
The reason is that you are seeing intercepted missiles impact the ground. Ballistic missiles cruise to their targets after the boost phase and do not burn engines the entire flight.
@@mikeyperfect1838 Look up how a ballistic missile works. They don't burn engines the entire flight. The ones you are seeing impacting the ground are already intercepted.
