Drones are amazing for scenic shots. We do extensive research and enter into each flight with the intention of following all rules and regulations with the knowledge that we have on hand, and we encourage others to do so as well. Here is some info we would like to pass along about a few sites in this video, and as ALWAYS, please do your own research. Dead Horse Point State Park does allow drone flights at certain times of the year with a permit. A permit was obtained for all drone footage you see in this video for Dead Horse Point State Park. Please refer to Dead Horse Point State Park for drone information and permits if still permitted to fly. We have been questioned about the drone footage on Moki Dugway. We have been in contact with the FAA and Moki Dugway footage has been approved. Again, a lot of research went into where we could fly here and there are some limitations, please do your own research. We wanted to make it perfectly clear that at no time is the drone operator driving the vehicle. When Dave flies the drone I (Carrie) am always driving and even further we would not attempt this on a busy day as it does take several takes. Lastly, please do not confuse Valley of The Gods with Monument Valley. Valley of The Gods is located on BLM (Bureau of Land Management) land and Monument Valley is Navajo Land. As we have mentioned earlier it is really important to know boundaries and limitations on where you can fly. Losee Canyon often referred to a Mini Bryce Canyon is located in the Dixie National Forest and NOT ON National Park Land. Bryce Canyon and Losee Canyon are 16 miles apart as the crow flies. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy!
You guys have been selling yourselves short for a long long long time. THIS is absolutely wonderful work. Make sure you keep promoting these types of videos when you go to release your Saturday morning videos. The world needs beauty like this.
Breathtakingly stunning!! LOVED IT!! Hollywood will be knocking at your door for drone footage 😄. Carrie, these new videos are just exquisite, and the music is so perfect with them. I have to go back and watch the first two straight thru but I think this is my fav so far. Can't wait to see what you do with Alaska 👍. Thanks SO MUCH for showing us all this beauty in such amazing perfection!! Take care!! 🥰🌿♥️
That part just before valley if the gods in which that large rock was perched like that is a miracle of nature in itself. I wonder how big it was. Spectacular videography. True artistry.
+@AnMarie711 that is Mexican Hat Rock and climbers climb to the top…. It looks like it could topple over at any time! I’m sure the base is much bigger than it looks.
Thanks Dave and Carrie. It must be hard to leave places like this. But we are looking forward to your new adventures in Alaska. Take care. Bill and Ellen Smith Cincinnati Ohio
Absolutely fantastic videography! You have taken your work to another level. We just got back from 9 days in southern Utah. Such amazing scenery. This was such a great surprise.
The Utah video is breathtaking but relaxing. That drone footage of you traveling the hairpin turns up the mountains is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. Now at 82 years old, I wish I could make a trip like that. So thank you for doing it for me!
Outstanding professional photography and drone work. Extremely well done. Your dedication to what you do, shows. Thank you so much for sharing. Rose & Michael
