A woman faces sexual battery charges after she allegedly pulled down a 19-year-old woman’s skirt because she felt it was too short. The aftermath of the encounter was captured on cellphone video and NewsNation analyst Gerald Rivera tells “Dan Abrams Live” he felt shock and outrage after watching the encounter. Yep, I wonder how many other girls she's done this to, using working for the state and calling cps on them as a threat. I’m 63 years old and I still remember what my mom used to say about modesty and how you dress for different occasions! Like you didn’t go to a family function showing your underwear or your bra.. you had acceptable clothes for school and she was more likely to not say anything about what you wear to hang with friends etc! I was the same with our daughter! I can promise you if anyone touched me like this mom would help you understand it wasn’t a good idea at all!

Indecent exposure is criminalized. You can’t go around flashing your privates at people without repercussions. Short skirts or belly shirts, or for men, going shirtless is not the same as indecent exposure. Legally speaking, what these girls seemed to be wearing is not an issue.
