They will be waiting for you in the sky world you will see them again my indigenous bro💪🧡 I’m Ojibwe from Canada I wish and bless you all the best for you, ur family and loved ones 🙌
The Echo of the Creator reverberates through all cultures: "I made you of the Earth and of the Sky and of the Water. I Am Earth and I Am Sky and I Am Water. You are all the same being in Me. Be brothers and sisters in Me and there will be Harmony and the Medicine Wheel will not be broken."
Well said. ...and Quantum Physics discovered and defined it with the "Universal Laws", particularly the "Universal Law if Attraction". That supports many Native American Spiritual Beliefs and Jesus literally taught from this foundation: "the Mustard Seed", "Ask and ye shall Receive", and "the Body is a Temple of God". Our Thoughts are energy and they are vibrating on a frequency and *"this is how we are Creating Our Reality".*
@@bethbartlett5692 Reason, science, heck the whole Enlightenment project is about discovering the truths underlying the ideas that we've only guessed at and wondered about. Cutting the ideology out of spirituality and emerging with something real.
I absolutely love hearing Native American stories. It feels so deep and connected to Mother Earth. It's sad how their land was taken. Strong people. Keep your culture and teach it to your children. I know nothing about where I'm from, other than ancestors being brought here as slaves.
while he was telling the story, his voice sounded like he was talking to a bunch of kids around a fire or in a tepee or lodge just sitting there on some furs listening with rapt attention while he sort of whispered the story til they fell asleep, to the distant howl of a coyote.
Greetings from where the sleeping utes head and head dress meet the setting sun!! Remember do not let your eyes deceive you......many tribes can be in one person. I am a living example . Navajo, Apache, Tewa, Ute, Spanish, white (including French Irish English)
TD Hawk LOL (mutt) That made me think -The Spanish used to call hispanos of new mex.....coyotes. They were Not to be trusted by the Spanish because of mixed blood.....think Pueblo revolt (1680/90)
Must be rather confusing for you ? Not having a real identity I mean ?Maybe you're just a normal 21st Century American with no special qualities ? And disqualified from claiming ' Victim ' status ?
Washoe, Paiute, and Chippewa, for me. Idk why I came out so light, if I didn't look just like my dad who is dark, I would think the mailman was my father.
I’m looking for someone involved with the Ute tribe or a Colorado based tribe. I was a college student that lived in Colorado for a year and a half. I’m from ohio and I’m very scared I pissed something off spiritually there. Ive had a lot of strange medical problems and physical aliments since I returned home from college. All of which none of my doctors cant explain and just chalk it up to basic anxiety. I have several friends that are involved in Wicca and they all tell me I have all of the signs of a manifestation rather than possession but they don’t think it’s christian in origin since crosses and holy objects have had no negative effect on me and I haven’t physically became possessed
Indians are from INDIA!!! Why!! Do we as Native People keep using that word!!!.?. Indian is a foreign term used by a foreign people to reference Native People!!.. NATIVE INDEPENDENCE!!!
It's changing, it's mainly the elders who use that word on the reservation, in my experience. And technically, that's what we are called by the US Government. In all the documents and treaties, we are referred to as American Indian. It's sad because they will never change that. (Yes, I'm super light skinned, but I'm just over 80% indigenous, and a member of 3 tribes, Paiute, Washo, and a bit Chippewa. If I didn't look just like my dark skinned dad, I'd think I was adopted, since both parents are indigenous though my mom is light skinned, not as light as me though.)
I'm so grateful for this video! They did not have info like this assessable when I was a kiddo and didn't learn much from books or the family I grew up with. Hearing the language and stories of my people feels so good!
I’m not Native American but even as a kid, I wished the Native people in my state were still there, and that I could know the real names for the places around me, and learn the place I lived through their eyes and their understanding of it.
Incredible, my grandfather was a Blackfoot, this video really hit me. I pray as human beings, that quantum physics will be the new age of thinking. An age that combines our science with spirituality. Many people are waking up to realize that all of the ancient teachings are telling us what we are learning today through quantum physics. We are all one, energy can niether be created or destroyed, just as this story tells us.
I have recently learned that my Spanish ancestors came here in 1595. I am Jiracillla Apache, Southern Ute, Spanish, Jewish and Irish. What a mix. I am very interested in learning about my Native American heritages. Thank you for helping me learn this as my family has not shared this with us.

I used to have a customer who knew a shaman. Like me he respected the Native American Indian way of living. We spent many hour's chatting over coffee. I liked him alot, and he brought lot's of fish from me. He had a room with many mystical item's. He took me in the room once. Wow, I couldn't stay in that room. Something came over me.
The real beauty of this story is that it's designed to be an answer for a simple yet important question a child might ask: "Why does the coyote howl at the moon?"
I know that I do not know you.. But reading your comment somehow I just had to reply.. as someone who has had a difficult relation with my dad always.. please understand that for your life to be good you have to love your father. Both father and mother. No matter how good or bad they might be. This is who brought you into this world. Yes we can appreciate lot of other people in our lives and we might find them more supportive and so on and so forth. But for us to truly get to a good place.. this is a must. Love ones parents love where we come from have understanding and compassion for them. Its like the basis on which everything else will be built. It took me over 40 years to come to terms with that myself. Lots of love!
My Ute brother, I grew up in Colorado and Utah. I have walked the land you speak of. The land weeps because it missed your people. One day it will be returned and the land will once again be free.
How? I have family that is still Ute blood and is unrecognized on their Roll of blood natives. The Utes are dying away - in language and in population - and so keeping it exclusive to a certain percentage of purity is unrealistic, no matter how badly they want to return their numbers. If they do not unite with descendants who are desire to be recognized as Ute, then there is no future for this people
Beautiful Thank you Larry Cesspooch! I must mention the Native American creation myths are very similar to the sacred Gnostic texts of the Nag Hammadhi. Specifically, the Origin of Species. Quite fascinating! Creator gets the message through in many forms. Bless you Brother!

There is magic in Larry's telling. I know I craved such a story as a child. Having spent much of my 63 years coming to see the wisdom of such teachings for I knew that what I was told never touched my spirit as much as this just did!
thank you for your creation story and explaining what the medicine wheel colors represent I have always loved learning about different cultures very impressive...
Sorry to be a burden, im on quest to find out what my name means im from the Southern Ute Tribe, all my life i wanted to know the meaning of my first name. My name is iolkie and no one will tell me what it means. Thank you for teaching me the story of our existence that was passed down by our elders.
What you said makes me think about a movie I seen he told them what his father called him and when the people heard with told him what it meant so when you know don't be surprised some names only hold heart to the love one who gave it to you. CAT.

There is so much wisdom and greatness in these people. Our ancestors were quite foolish to judge these people by their tools and by there clothes and call them primitive. These are wise people and they still have so much to teach us if only we would give them a bit of our time and respect.
My European ancestors thought my Indigenous Sawanooki, or Shawnee relatives as savage, yet who precisely acted savagely to the people already here? Europeans did. Civilization was already here, just not one that allowed for Manifest Destiny.
There is nothing more important than when Elders share their stories with the Youth and pass down their Wisdom. Thank you for sharing your gift with us.
D.N.A.... Descendant Now Ancestor. We can heal Genetic Ancestral trauma through awakening our Genetic Ancestral memory and listening to Indigenous people especially the elders.
When I think about my spiritual traditions. My father was Scottish Catholic and Jewish, my mother was French Canadian Catholic and Potowatomi first nation's Canadian, and my French Canadian grandmother was also a Tarot teacher and Reader, a Witch, I ultimately took after my beloved grandmother, the French Canadian Tarot Bell, Book and Candle Tarot reader, as that is what I am. So, I am Witch, a Bell, Book, and Candle Tarot reader, just like my grandmother! And I love it. My real spiritual legacy. Even though I am 1/4 Potowatomi, though my first nation's Canadian friends say, "you are the most Potowatomi that we still have" because most Potowatomi have been wiped out. For me, I am a witch. A woman healer, a nurse by professional experience and education, but I am a witch by my grandmother.
This may seem a bit trivial, but i just got off a call where we were contemplating how to change the world, we had talked about several past formulas about what had worked and what had not. We want to make the world a better place! (of course this is based off of your idea of what is better) but what it boiled down to logistically was "TELLING A STORY". We are all people and no matter what we do or what industry we work in, it always boils down to what story do you want to tell and what story are you truly telling. The media is telling all sorts of stories and no one has much of anything in the way of a complete picture. Lets tell stories to ourselves and our own families and make ourselves better from the stories, lets let the world grow from good stories and make the world a better place! We all really want to have good lives, and the best way to do that is to be good people! So lets be good people and make life better for all of us!
Ryan Povilaitis: I don 't think it trivial. If we each tell our own 'stories' & share them with others & share the 'stories' we hear from others we just might get a more complete picture! I believe we all have different perceptions to be able to see 'our' part of that picture. If we put our different parts together what could we see?!
Mr. Larry Cesspooch: Thank so much for sharing this presentation with us and for sharing your 'good stories'. You left us with much to think about & consider, so all of us could take some good learning with us & hopefully live & share with others.
The Europeans made the Americans forget their own language and made them learn their language like English, French and Spanish. I am British but I wonder how America would look like if they maintain their language and tradition. Because America seems to be a country 🇺🇸 without tradition, culture, food or language

Thank you❣️❣️❣️ The gift of a Storyteller is sadly becoming a long lost art. This story holds so much history and wisdom. Told by a very wish man. To me there is no better way to pass down a cultures history than through storytelling. I'm Irish and years ago read a boom called Ireland. It's was about thr last storyteller in Ireland. Yes, it was fiction, however, the stories told were those that had been passed down from the beginning of Ireland. An incredible book and still rates as my all-time favorite. This video is truly a gift. I'm honored to have been able to share in some of the Cree Nation's culture and history.
That sounds perfect for reading kids around the holidays. It's so neat finding out all the different versions of what is written in history about Irish people. Do you happen to remember any other details of what that book is called? Or what the author/s are or what the cover looks like? I like trying to locate books like that, if I can. Thank you, and Go n-eirí an t-ádh leat! ( Celtic for Luck may rise with you!)
Wonderful story. Thank you for sharing. This is perfect for Native creation myth example in class. Symbolism of the importance of the 4 directions, trickers with coyote, moral lesson from coyote's curiosity and the connection of all life being something that coexists not above or below something else but together. Also, so many native myths are difficult to read because they are meant to be told, sung or acted out exactly like this!
@@rohannapthali1658 how is existence an illusion.? I believe it's very real. God created us in His image. There is no mistake in our existence. He doesn't make mistakes, he is perfect and Almighty.
turd fergason as a native we are all gods chosen people or else we wouldn’t be here. If god hadn’t chosen us we wouldn’t be here in the first place. Like the story teller said, we all have a purpose that god has blessed us with. No such thing as a single race or ethnic group being chosen.
One thing that’s really hard for me to say which I hear constantly being that I have Indian blood I can’t stand the term native American because we were here before America was America I’m sorry I’m not trying to be mean or verbally rude but in my mind to be called native American is almost an insult to all native Indians because we were here before Whiteman although I have white blood I consider myself more Indian than white I wish the Indians could be treated properly and recognized more than how we have been treated in some cases ,,im sorry for speaking this and I really would rather say thank you for this great story brother, i was born in oregon by 3 sisters mountains
This is such a lovely way of putting our life story. All for one and one for all. We just need to wake up and believe we are one energy. Start by looking within and love ourselves, forgive, have compassion. Xx
Very beautiful and educational I never heard of such a story told by a ute or there spurtual healers before thank you for sharing that with me as well as anyone who is interested in this video 📹 I was just curious about the thunders ⛈ and the Native beliefs about them and I came across this video 📹 that is very very educational thank you once again for your story of your ute peoples
And to think that these wonderful, wise and loving people were called savages by the white settlers, when in reality there was far more savagery in the incomers than in indigenous people
The last part was just astonishing and amazing.... How these people knew that on which part of the world which color of people live.? It is quite genuine doubt. Plz answer me if someone knew it. Thanks.
I've found ancestry down to native tribes in central Mexico, but still feel connected to those in North America. Have so much love for the Native teachings.
What tribes in Mexico? According to legend, the Mexica (Nahuatl) migrated to the Anahuac valley from the northern country, Aztlan. The linguistic evidence of relationship between the Utes, Hopis, and Mexica lends some credence to this legend.
That’s so awesome in our mik’maq language of eastern Canada kqu’mi Means ice in our language. Wasto means snow pes’aq means it’s snowing. Bear in our language is Muin what I hear in his traditional language is, the one that gets upset. And Po’qwiet in our language mean to have a spirit follow you. And his word for Na’namq’ sounds like a mix of two of our words, them and all my relations And our word for thank you and hello is diffent but his sounds like our word talilaq but is used as a greeting it means. What’s going on.
Beautiful thank you for your voice your wisdom your truth may our creator keep you safe and Mother Earth bless you and yours 🪶🦅 Blessings and peace to you all 🦅🪶
I thoroughly enjoyed the storytelling. The visuals that were in my head generated by his words were surprising. It's like I was giving the visual by so few words. Thank you Larry
This story is eerily similar to the Bible. The bag represents humankind in the garden of Eden, the coyote represents Satan, the big bear is represented by Jesus, the creator is still God.
