Well said. ...and Quantum Physics discovered and defined it with the "Universal Laws", particularly the "Universal Law if Attraction". That supports many Native American Spiritual Beliefs and Jesus literally taught from this foundation: "the Mustard Seed", "Ask and ye shall Receive", and "the Body is a Temple of God". Our Thoughts are energy and they are vibrating on a frequency and *"this is how we are Creating Our Reality".*

I’m looking for someone involved with the Ute tribe or a Colorado based tribe. I was a college student that lived in Colorado for a year and a half. I’m from ohio and I’m very scared I pissed something off spiritually there. Ive had a lot of strange medical problems and physical aliments since I returned home from college. All of which none of my doctors cant explain and just chalk it up to basic anxiety. I have several friends that are involved in Wicca and they all tell me I have all of the signs of a manifestation rather than possession but they don’t think it’s christian in origin since crosses and holy objects have had no negative effect on me and I haven’t physically became possessed

Indians are from INDIA!!! Why!! Do we as Native People keep using that word!!!.?. Indian is a foreign term used by a foreign people to reference Native People!!.. NATIVE INDEPENDENCE!!!
@calliew311
@calliew311 2 года назад
It's changing, it's mainly the elders who use that word on the reservation, in my experience. And technically, that's what we are called by the US Government. In all the documents and treaties, we are referred to as American Indian. It's sad because they will never change that. (Yes, I'm super light skinned, but I'm just over 80% indigenous, and a member of 3 tribes, Paiute, Washo, and a bit Chippewa. If I didn't look just like my dark skinned dad, I'd think I was adopted, since both parents are indigenous though my mom is light skinned, not as light as me though.)

But reading your comment somehow I just had to reply.. as someone who has had a difficult relation with my dad always.. please understand that for your life to be good you have to love your father. Both father and mother. No matter how good or bad they might be. This is who brought you into this world. Yes we can appreciate lot of other people in our lives and we might find them more supportive and so on and so forth. But for us to truly get to a good place.. this is a must. Love ones parents love where we come from have understanding and compassion for them. Its like the basis on which everything else will be built. It took me over 40 years to come to terms with that myself. Lots of love!

When I think about my spiritual traditions. My father was Scottish Catholic and Jewish, my mother was French Canadian Catholic and Potowatomi first nation's Canadian, and my French Canadian grandmother was also a Tarot teacher and Reader, a Witch, I ultimately took after my beloved grandmother, the French Canadian Tarot Bell, Book and Candle Tarot reader, as that is what I am. So, I am Witch, a Bell, Book, and Candle Tarot reader, just like my grandmother! And I love it. My real spiritual legacy. Even though I am 1/4 Potowatomi, though my first nation's Canadian friends say, "you are the most Potowatomi that we still have" because most Potowatomi have been wiped out. For me, I am a witch. A woman healer, a nurse by professional experience and education, but I am a witch by my grandmother.

This may seem a bit trivial, but i just got off a call where we were contemplating how to change the world, we had talked about several past formulas about what had worked and what had not. We want to make the world a better place! (of course this is based off of your idea of what is better) but what it boiled down to logistically was "TELLING A STORY". We are all people and no matter what we do or what industry we work in, it always boils down to what story do you want to tell and what story are you truly telling. The media is telling all sorts of stories and no one has much of anything in the way of a complete picture. Lets tell stories to ourselves and our own families and make ourselves better from the stories, lets let the world grow from good stories and make the world a better place! We all really want to have good lives, and the best way to do that is to be good people! So lets be good people and make life better for all of us!
@karensagal8230
@karensagal8230 4 года назад
Ryan Povilaitis: I don 't think it trivial. If we each tell our own 'stories' & share them with others & share the 'stories' we hear from others we just might get a more complete picture! I believe we all have different perceptions to be able to see 'our' part of that picture. If we put our different parts together what could we see?!

To me there is no better way to pass down a cultures history than through storytelling. I'm Irish and years ago read a boom called Ireland. It's was about thr last storyteller in Ireland. Yes, it was fiction, however, the stories told were those that had been passed down from the beginning of Ireland. An incredible book and still rates as my all-time favorite. The last part was just astonishing and amazing.... How these people knew that on which part of the world which color of people live.? It is quite genuine doubt. Plz answer me if someone knew it. Thanks.

What tribes in Mexico? According to legend, the Mexica (Nahuatl) migrated to the Anahuac valley from the northern country, Aztlan. The linguistic evidence of relationship between the Utes, Hopis, and Mexica lends some credence to this legend.

That’s so awesome in our mik’maq language of eastern Canada kqu’mi Means ice in our language. Wasto means snow pes’aq means it’s snowing. Bear in our language is Muin what I hear in his traditional language is, the one that gets upset. And Po’qwiet in our language mean to have a spirit follow you. And his word for Na’namq’ sounds like a mix of two of our words, them and all my relations And our word for thank you and hello is diffent but his sounds like our word talilaq but is used as a greeting it means. What’s going on.

This story is eerily similar to the Bible. The bag represents humankind in the garden of Eden, the coyote represents Satan, the big bear is represented by Jesus, the creator is still God.

If you study all religions creation stories, they are very similar. One example is they all have a great flood in their religion.
